Daily View, 9/16, August Debris

Yes, I am sitting at home blogging on a Saturday night. Why? Because it's another way to procrasinate from work. Yes, work. This is what happens when your office is virtual—weekend becomes a conceptual term. Motherfuckers.

Listening to:
· Spring (Four Seasons)—Vivaldi
· Been Here Before—Jeremy Enigk (this guy sounds like um, actually IS the singer from Fire Theft)
· Ten Thousand Lines—Electric President
· Summer Night City—ABBA
· Music When the Lights Go Out—The Libertines ("I no longer hear the music." Definitely been there. Am thinking that's perhaps my curse.)
· Coma—Kunek
· Ada Plays—Gabriel Yared, from the Cold Mountain soundtrack
· I Can't Hold Back—Survivor *blush*
· Banks of the Lee—Cordelia's Dad
· Desi Dancefloor Megamix—Bhangra (I'm sorry, but if you start watching the Bollywood, inevitably some the music seeps into your collection)
· Blood—Editors
· Strange—Built To Spill
· Black Jack Davy—Steeleye Span (Celt-rock from the 70s, baby! You see why I can't take my own musical tastes quite seriously?)
· Eleanor Rigby—Ray Charles ("Elenah Rigbehhhhh"... "Fathah Makenzehhhhhh")

And, lest the procrastination stop:
Still-interesting links that I meant to post in August but that got shelved during some serious blog burnout:
